Sales Associates must have one year experience in retail. Applicants must be able to effectively communicate with supervisors, colleagues and customers, must be able to read and do basic math and must be able to pass a drug test and lift test.
Assistant Manager must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as an Assistant Manager or 5 years as a Retail Team Member with increasing responsibilities. Must have excellent attendance, strong people handling skills, be task oriented, must know their merchandise, leadership skills, problem solving skills, excellent customer service, positive attitude, and strong computer skills, know how to motivate, guide and effectively communicate with all team members, excellent training skills, and a can-do attitude.
Processors must have a minimum of 1 years retail experience knowing values of donated items - clothing, wares to sort, price and put onto the sales floor.
Processing Supervisor must have a minimum of 2 years management experience and 3 years retail experience. Must have a good organizational method and be able to know the values of donated items - clothing, wares to sort, price and put onto the sales floor. This is a working position.
Lead Cashier must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a lead cashier or excellent cash management experience. Must have excellent attendance, problem solving skills, excellent customer service, and positive attitude. Lead cashier will supervise cashiers.
Cashier must have a minimum of 1 years experience as a cashier in a retail setting (willing to substitute a great positive attitude and a willingness to be trained for experience). Must have excellent attendance, excellent customer service, positive attitude, strong register experience, strong computer skills, know how to communicate with all team members, flexibility and a can-do attitude.
Store Janitor/ADC must have outstanding customer service skills, be friendly and a team player. Ability to do basic cleaning tasks as trained by management and adhering to the safety rules while performing these functions.
Stocker must follow directions closely and have the ability to put out fresh merchandise as well as pull merchandise to be sent to our outlet store. Must have a strong work ethic, ability to stand for long periods and have excellent customer service skills when on the floor.

PROCESSING CENTER |

2 FT Receiving Material Handlers, 3 FT Dock Handlers, 1 FT Receiving Handler, 1 FT Receiving Sorter
@ $6. 85 an hour
Material Handlers will transport and process donated
and purchased merchandise for preparation for sale, in
order to meet preset production and sales goals. Handlers will handle day
to day operations of processing, moving bales, physically loading or unloading
trucks and operating compressor machines. Must complete and pass a pre-employment
drug test and lift test.
4FT Soft Processors @ $7.25 an hour
Must have either a high school or GED diploma. Experience in retail management and production management is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff, knowledge of clothing labels, ability to read and do basic math, (English preferred) bi-lingual a plus. Must be able to work independently and have reliable transportation or access public transportation, some computer experience is necessary but must have a willingness to learn.
3 FT Wares Processor @ $7.25 an hour
Must have either a high school or GED diploma. Experience in retail management and production management is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff, ability to read and do basic math, (English preferred) bi-lingual and forklift certification a plus. Must be able to work independently and have reliable transportation or access public transportation, some computer experience is necessary but must have a willingness to learn.
1 FT Wares Lead Worker @ $10.50 an hour
Must have either a high school or GED diploma. 2-3 years experience in retail/processing management and production management is preferred. Must be supportive of the Wares Manager as well as a working Lead that organizes and supervises all wares line workers. Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and staff, ability to read and do basic math, (English preferred) bi-lingual and forklift certification a plus. Must be able to work independently and have reliable transportation or access public transportation, some computer experience is necessary but must have a willingness to learn.

7 FT Donations Ambassadors @ $8.00 an hour
Donation Ambassadors must have excellent customer
service skills. Must be able to communicate
in a professional manner with the
public and Team members. Must have at least a year of customer service
experience. Must be able to read and write. As a Donations Ambassador
you will promptly approach and professionally greet walk-up or drive-in
donors. |
| E-BOOKS |
1 FT Media Hand Grader @ $8.00 an hour
High school diploma or GED. Basic knowledge of books.
Able to work independently as well
as follow directions in a team environment. Must have good organizational,
sorting and decision making skills as well as good communication skills.
Ability to follow verbal instructions and to work as a team member, be
able to continuously perform repetitive work at a set pace. Must have
the ability to learn the techniques of the job from short demonstration
up to a period of one month. |
| LOGISTICS |
1 FT Driver @ $12.00 an hour
At least two years experience driving - preferred
experience in Las Vegas. Applicant must have a NV Driver’s License
and no moving violations or citations on their record, must present a
current DMV printout - cannot be over 5 days old, and take a pre-employment
lift and drug test.. |

PRE-EMPLOYMENT FITNESS FOR DUTY LIFTING TESTS WILL BE ADMINISTERED FOR ALL MATERIAL HANDLERS, TRUCK DRIVERS, AND DONATION ATTENDANT POSITIONS THAT ARE OPEN OR IF SOMEONE IS PROMOTED INTO ONE OF THESE JOBS. SOME POSITIONS REQUIRE AN EXTENSIVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE HIRE. ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST.
