Job Placement Program

Goodwill's Job Placement Program places individuals with various abilities into available positions throughout the community by partnering with local businesses needing qualified and motivated employees at no charge to the applicant or employer. Career Specialists work closely with businesses in all sectors to match the job seeker's skills and abilities to specific job demands of the partner employers.

Job Coaching

Goodwill offers on the job training and support services to clients with disabilities that are referred from partner agencies such as the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation and Desert Regional Center. Job Coaching can be provided at no cost to the employer to assist the new employee with their transition period into being successful on the job. A job coach will ensure that the employee is meeting the standards of the job and assist with any problems or concerns that may arise during the initial phase of employment.

Follow along services are also offered by the job coach for the first three months of employment to assure that all parties are satisfied with the job placement.
